摘要
针对民办高职院校学生学习兴趣不浓、学习方法不当、缺乏自信、没有目标等现象,作者经过实践发现,学生成长导师制管理模式是一种适应学生不同需求和个体差异的有效管理模式,能有效改善上述现象,研究如何在民办高等职业教育领域实施学生成长导师制,促进学生全面健康成长,有着丰富的理论意义和实践指导意义。
In view of the phenomenon that the private higher vocational college students have little interest in learning,improper learning methods,lack of self-confidence,and no goals,the author finds that the management mode of tutorial system for students'growth is an effective management mode to adapt to the different needs and individual differences of students,which can effectively improve the above phenomena,and study how to implement the student growth guide in the field of private higher vocational education,which can promote students'all-round and healthy growth,and has rich theoretical and practical significance.
