Practice and research on the deep integration of clothing industry and teaching under the background of"Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation"

服装产业以创新创意设计引领,保证"智造"服装的品质,以产业集群化、多元化销售平台实现产业升级。然而,服装人才培养仍采用传统模式,难以与服装产业发展相融合,针对此问题,在深刻分析当前服装产业与教学融合现状的基础上,通过优化课程,完善教学内容,实行灵活的教学方式,探寻出适合企业需求,具有创新精神和创业能力的实用型技术人才,实现产业与教学协同发展。

The clothing industry is led by innovative and creative design,to garantee the clothing quality of "intelligent manufacturing",with industrial clustering,diversified sales platform to achieve industrial upgrading.However,the training of clothing teaching talents is still in the traditional mode,which is difficult to integrate with the development of clothing industry.In view of this problem,based on the deep analysis of the current situation of the integration of clothing industry and teaching,through optimizing the curriculum adjustment,improving the teaching content and flexible teaching method reform practice,and then find out practical technical talents with innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability to meet the needs of enterprises,and realize the coordinated development of industry and teaching.
