面对突如其来的国内外新冠肺炎疫情冲击,世界经济秩序受创,中小外贸企业正承受巨大压力,其生存状况堪忧。疫情防控使得产业链复工复产要求高、难度大,上下游产业原材料库存紧张,企业面临开工不足、员工流失、流动资金短缺、客户流失严重、业务风险增加、出口订单量锐减等困境。疫情冲击是中小外贸企业面临的一次大考,唯有在"危机"中寻找"契机",企业才能有效应对疫情冲击,甚至实现转型升级。政府要出台强有力的扶持政策,助力企业复工复产;要以数字贸易稳定生产经营,拓展海外市场;要积极承担社会责任,广泛开展国际合作;要鼓励企业主动采取自救措施,促进转型发展。

Facing the sudden COVID-19 at home and abroad, the world economic order has been damaged,small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises are under tremendous pressure, and their survival is worrying.The epidemic prevention and control makes the resumption of the industrial chain highly demanding and difficult.The inventory of raw materials in the upstream and downstream industries is tight. Enterprises are faced with difficulties such as insufficient start-up, staff turnover, shortage of working capital, serious loss of customers, increased business risks, and sharp reduction of export orders. The impact of the epidemic is a big test for small and mediumsized foreign trade enterprises. Only by looking for "opportunities" in the "crisis", can enterprises effectively respond to the impact of the epidemic and even achieve transformation and upgrading. We will introduce strong support policies to help enterprises return to work and production;stabilize production and operation through digital trade and expand overseas markets;actively undertake social responsibilities and carry out international cooperation;and take the initiative to take self-help measures to promote the transformation and development of enterprises.
