产业差异、结构优势与区位竞争力——基于SSM测度的浙江省11个地市第三产业实证研究

Industrial Differences,Structural Advantages and Regional Competitiveness—Empirical Study on Tertiary Industry in 11 Cities of Zhejiang Province Based on SSM Measurement

从省级视角研究产业差异、结构优势与城市竞争力的关系。以2007-2018年浙江省11个地级市的第三产业产值为依据,使用SSM测度计算各市第三产业份额分量、结构偏离分量、竞争力偏离分量,研究各市的第三产业地区差异。结果显示:基于SSM测度的11个地级市第三产业结构优势、区位竞争力均具有显著差异,自2017年以来,杭州、绍兴、温州、嘉兴和舟山的第三产业是优势产业,宁波、台州和丽水的第三产业虽然是优势产业,但缺乏竞争力优势,衢州、湖州和金华的第三产业是劣势产业,也缺乏竞争力优势。

This paper studies the relationship between industrial differences,structural advantages and urban competitiveness from the provincial perspective.Based on the output value of the tertiary industry of 11 prefecturelevel cities in Zhejiang Province from 2007 to 2018,SSM is used to analyze the share component,structure deviation component and competitiveness deviation component of the tertiary industry,and the regional differences of tertiary industry are studied as well.The results show that there are significant differences in the structural advantages and regional competitiveness of the tertiary industry in 11 prefecture-level cities based on SSM measurement.Since 2017,the tertiary industry in Hangzhou,Shaoxing,Wenzhou,Jiaxing and Zhoushan has been the dominant industry,while it is not competitive in Ningbo,Taizhou and Lishui.Moreover,the tertiary industry in Quzhou,Huzhou and Jinhua is inferior and also lack of competitive advantage.
