江苏芯片产业发展现状与趋势分析

Analysis of Current Situation and Trend of Jiangsu Chip Industry

芯片产业位于先进制造业的高端,其发展程度是衡量一个国家综合实力的重要指标。当前自主创新和自有知识产权不足制约了我国芯片产业向全球价值链高附加值环节升级。作为全国芯片发展强省的江苏,取得了一定的成绩,产业链逐步完善且封测领域优势凸显,但在发展过程中也暴露了一些问题,如人才缺失、结构失衡、制造业薄弱等。文章首先对江苏芯片产业现状进行了广泛调查,然后分析了发展过程中存在的问题,最后借鉴发达国家或地区芯片产业的先进经验,对江苏芯片产业发展提出相应的政策建议。

The chip industry is located in the high-end of advanced manufacturing industry.Its development degree is an important indicator to measure the comprehensive strength of a country.At present,the lack of indepen⁃dent innovation and proprietary intellectual property rights restricts China's chip industry to upgrade to the high value-added link of global value chain.As a province with strong chip development in China,Jiangsu has made certain achievements.The industrial chain has been gradually improved and the advantages in the field of sealing and testing have become prominent.However,some problems have been exposed in the process of development,such as lack of talents,structural imbalance and weak manufacturing industry.In this paper,the current situation of chip industry in Jiangsu was investigated extensively,and the problems in the development process were analyzed.Finally,the advanced experience of chip industry in developed countries or regions was used for reference to provide corresponding policy suggestions for the development of chip industry in Jiangsu.
