粤港澳大湾区背景下澳门与珠江西岸城市旅游合作路径探析

Analysis of the Paths of Tourism Cooperation Between Macao and Cities on the West Bank of the Pearl River in the Background of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Plan

自回归祖国以来,澳门与珠江西岸城市间旅游合作交流频繁,涉及领域众多,极大地促进了区域旅游可持续发展。2019年2月,随着《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》正式印发实施,在粤港澳大湾区新的契机背景下,澳门将持续与以珠海为代表的珠江西岸城市创新旅游合作方式,发挥“轴代支撑”作用。近年,澳门与珠江西岸城市旅游业发展迅猛,各项旅游数据指标均持续稳定增长;同时,双方存在着旅游发展差距过大、区域旅游合作理论研究滞后、亟需减轻突发性危机事件负作用等区域旅游合作的必要性条件;以及旅游资源互补性强、客源基础广阔、交通便利、政府大力支持等区域旅游合作的可行性条件。因此,借鉴长江三角洲区域旅游一体化和欧盟跨境旅游合作成熟发展模式,提高跨境旅游产品供应能力、提高交通连通性、提高并强化澳门旅游目的地形象,以及达成政府间积极合作是未来澳门与珠江西岸城市旅游业创新合作发展的具体对策和路径。

Since its return to the motherland,Macao and cities on the west bank of the Pearl River have conducted frequent tourism cooperation and exchanges,involving many fields,which has greatly promoted the sustainable development of regional tourism.In February 2019,the outline of the development plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area was issued and implemented,under the new opportunity of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Plan,Macao will continue to innovate the way of tourism cooperation with cities on the west bank of the Pearl River,represented by Zhuhai,and play the role of"axial support".In recent years,Macao and cities on the west bank of the Pearl River have witnessed rapid development of tourism,and various tourism indicators have maintained steady growth.At the same time,the two sides have the necessary conditions of regional tourism cooperation,such as the huge gap in tourism development,the lagging research on regional tourism cooperation theories and the urgent need to alleviate the negative effects of sudden crisis events,and the feasibility conditions of regional tourism cooperation,such as strong complementarity of tourism resources,broad base of tourists,convenient transportation and strong government support.Therefore,to draw lessons from the mature development mode of the Yangtze River Delta regional tourism integration and the EU cross-border tourism cooperation,improve the cross-border tourism product supply capacity,improve traffic connectivity,improve and strengthen the Macao tourist destination image,as well as to achieve active cooperation between the government will be concrete countermeasures and paths of tourism development innovation cooperation between Macao and cities on the west bank of the Pearl River in the future.
