低剂量有机微量元素对蛋鸡的影响

摘要 研究了低剂量有机微量元素(甘氨酸铁络合物、蛋氨酸铜螯合物、蛋氨酸锰螯合物和蛋氨酸锌螯合物)对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋黄中微量元素含量和微量元素减排效果的影响。选取270只52周龄、体重相近、健康的罗曼褐壳蛋鸡,随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复18只。在无机组基础飼粮中添加飼料级无机微量元素60mg/kg铁、8 mg/kg铜、60 mg/kg锰、80 m^/kg锌,在试验组基础飼粮中添加有机微量元素,其微量元素添加量分别为无机组的60%和30%。预试期7 d,正试试验期35 d。结果表明:1)60%有机微量元素组产蛋率最高,并降低料蛋比,各组在生产性能无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)各组蛋黄中铜、锰、铁含量无显著差异(P>0.05);与无机微量元素组相比,有机组显著提高了蛋黄锌含量(P<0.05);3)有机组粪中铜、锰、锌的含量均显著低于无机组(P<0.05)。综合考虑,按无机微量元素添加量的60%~30%添加螯合铁、铜、锰、锌为佳。 This paper studied the effects of low doses organic trace minerals(Ferrous Glycine Complex,Copper Methionine Chelate,Manganese Methionine Chelate and Zinc Methionine Chelate)on performance,trace mineral contents in egg yolk and trace minerals emission reduction of laying hens.A total of 270 healthy Roman brown layers(52 weeks of age)with similar body weight were randomly allocated to 3 groups with 5 replicates per group and 18 hens per replicate.Feed grade inorganic trace elements of 60mg/kg iron,8mg/kg copper,60mg/kg manganese and 80mg/kg zinc were added to the basic diet of the inorganic group,Organic microelements wereadded to the basal diet of the experimental group.The amount of trace elements added is 60% and 30% of the inorganic group.The pre-experimental period lasted for 7 days,and the official experimental period lasted for 35 days.The results showed as follows:1)Egg production rate was thehighest in the 60%organic trace element group,and the ratio of feed to egg was reduced.Therewere no significant difference in production performance among the groups(P>0.05).2)Therewere no significant difference in the contents of copper,manganese and iron in the yolk of amonggroups(P>0.05).Compared with inorganic group,the content of zinc in egg yolk was significantly increased in the organic trace element group(P<0.05).3)Compared with the inorganic traceelements group,the contents of copper,manganese and zinc in the feces of the organic trace elements group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Comprehensive consideration shows that thechelated iron,copper,manganese and zinc have a good effect by adding 60%-30%of the inorganic trace elements.
