好实沃乳酸菌在文昌鸡(蛋鸡)日粮中的应用

Application of Heswof Lactobacillus in the Diet of Wenchang Chicken(Layer)

本实验目的在于验证好实沃乳酸菌类微生态制剂Q602-300对文昌鸡(蛋鸡)生产性能的影响。实验分为2个处理组,对照组为基础日粮(饲料厂现有产品),处理组在基础日粮中添加好实沃乳酸菌Q602-300,添加量为120克/吨。每个处理组90羽54日龄文昌鸡,每个处理3个重复,每个重复30羽。实验结果表明,相对于对照组,好实沃组在日粮中添加了乳酸菌,其结束体重、平均日增重均显著高于对照组(P≤0.05),每只鸡结束体重分别提高36.67克。两个实验组料肉比虽然差异不显著(P≥0.05),但好实沃组要比对照组降低0.13。说明好实沃乳酸菌能够促进肉鸡肠道发育,提高营养物质消化率,促进动物生长,提高生长性能。

The purpose of this experiment was to verify the effect of Heswof Lactobacillus probiotics q602-300 on the production performance of Wenchang Chicken(laying hens).The experiment was divided into two treatment groups,the control group was the basic diet(the existing products of the feed factory),and the treatment group was supplemented with Lactobacillus Shiwo q602-300 in the basal diet,with the addition of 120 g/t.Each treatment group contained 9054-day-old Wenchang chickens with 3 replicates and 30 chickens per replicate.The results showed that compared with the control group,the end body weight and average daily gain of Heswof group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P≤0.05),and the end weight of each chicken was increased by 36.67 g.Although there was no significant difference in feed to meat ratio between the two experimental groups(P≥0.05),the heswof group was 0.13 lower than the control group.The results showed that Heswol Lactobacillus probiotics could promote intestinal development,improve nutrient digestibility,promote animal growth and improve growth performance.
