摘要
目的分析物理诊断课程中体格检查的教学改革在实践中的成效,探索形象化、立体化和多元化的现代医学教学方法。方法设计调查问卷表,调查学校2016级大三727名本科生对教学改革措施、教学质量的评分,分析教学改革与考核成绩、兴趣培养、操作能力和临床思维的提高的相关性。结果问卷共发放727份,回收680份,有效回收率为93.54%。课程后学生对课程兴趣自评分数较课前明显提高(P=0.000)。评分最高的改革措施分别为技能中心场所分配、小组带教及巡视和操作规程及时更新。教学改革措施的中心仿真模拟等设施设备、师资及选择和操作规程及时更新该三项改革措施与考核成绩呈正相关关系(P=0.031、0.011、0.015)。结论物理诊断课程的改革有利于加强学生临床技能兴趣的培养和临床物理诊断技能的提高和巩固,并提高临床思维能力。
Objective To study the effect of personnel training in physical examination skills and explore the specialized and innovative teaching model for undergraduates.Methods Interest in the course was compared before and after training course and the association between the innovative training methods and the improved physical examination skills were investigated by questionnaire.Results Average self-evaluation scores of interest in the course were increased after personnel training.The most popular innovative training methods were resource distribution,small group teaching and updated Standard Operating Procedure.Medical simulation training facilities,criteria for teacher selection and updated Standard Operating Procedure were positively related to the improved physical examination skills(P<0.05).Conclusion Personnel training in physical examination skills can increase students’interest in learning and improve their physical examination skills.
