摘要
目的探讨PBL教学模式在实习护生带教中的护理效果和体会。方法选取2017年9月—2019年9月在医院手外科进行生产实习的护生60例(其中男生2例),完全随机分成对照组(30人)和试验组(30人),对照组给予传统的讲授带教方法,试验组采用PBL教学法,两组学生在课程前的理论成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(均显示P>0.05),课程结束后以考核成绩(理论、临床操作)及满意度的差异进行比较评价。结果观察组在理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩、教学满意度等方面均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论PBL教学能提高实习护士的教学效果,增加护生的理论、操作能力,提高临床思维能力,提升教学的质量、满意度还有护生学习主动性和积极性。
Objective To explore the nursing effect and experience of PBL teaching mode in the teaching of practical nursing students.Methods From September 2017 to September 2019,60 nursing students(including 2 boys)were randomly divided into control group(30 students)and experimental group(30 students).The control group was given traditional teaching methods.PBL teaching method was used in the experimental group.After the course,the differences of assessment results(theory,clinical operation)and satisfaction were compared and evaluated.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Results The results of theoretical assessment,operational assessment and teaching satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion PBL teaching can improve the teaching effect of practical nurses,increase the theoretical and operational ability of nursing students,improve the clinical thinking ability,improve the quality and satisfaction of teaching,as well as the learning initiative and enthusiasm of nursing students.
