多元化教学模式在超声实习教学中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨多元化教学模式在超声医学实习教学中的应用效果。方法选取医院2018年1月—2018年12月68名实习学生为研究对象,随机分为观察组34名和对照组34名,对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组采用多元化教学模式,包括LBL、PBL及CBL教学模式,学习6周结束后,对两组学员进行考核。结果多元化教学模式组在理论成绩、病史采集、超声信息采集及读取、超声图像分析、诊断及鉴别诊断、交流沟通能力、人文关怀、总体能力等方面的成绩均高于传统教学组,且学员满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多元化教学模式可充分调动学生学习积极性与参与性,提高教学质量及学生的满意度。 Objective To explore the application effect of diversified teaching mode in ultrasonic medical practice teaching.Methods 68 interns from our hospital were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group 34 and control group 34.The control group used traditional teaching mode.The observation group used diversified teaching mode,including LBL,PBL and CBL teaching modes.After the end of the week,the two groups of students were assessed.Results The results of the multi-disciplinary teaching model group in the theoretical results,medical history collection,ultrasound information collection and reading,ultrasound image analysis,diagnosis and differential diagnosis,communication skills,human care,overall ability,etc.are higher than the traditional teaching group,and The satisfaction of the participants was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The diversified teaching model can fully motivate students’enthusiasm and participation,improve teaching quality and student satisfaction.
