翻转课堂对国内临床专业医学生教学效果影响的荟萃分析 被引量:11

Meta-analysis of the Influence of Flipped Classroom on Teaching Effect of Medical Students Majoring in Clinical Medicine in China

摘要 目的运用Meta定量评价在国内临床医学专业教学中应用翻转课堂的教学效果。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、PubMed中有关翻转课堂在国内临床医学各专业教学中应用的文献,末次检索时间为2018年10月。按照纳入与排除标准筛选文章,从文章中提取资料,将相关数据输入RevMan5.3软件,完成Meta分析。结果筛选出11篇文献,共包括492例病例和491例对照。Meta分析结果显示,实验组学生理论成绩显著优于对照组[MD=7.23,95%CI(5.57,8.90),P=0.00001],实验组学生实践技能显著优于对照组[MD=3.17,95%CI(2.11,4.23),P=0.000],实验组学生提高学习兴趣显著优于对照组[OR=4.70,95%CI(2.70,8.18),P=0.000],上述各组间都有明显差异。结论通过应用翻转课堂,临床医学专业学生能够提高理论成绩和实践技能,通过问卷调查表明可以提高学生的学习兴趣。 Objective Meta-analysis was used to quantitatively evaluate the application effect of flipped classroom in clinical medicine teaching in China.Methods The literature on the application of flipped classroom in clinical medicine teaching in China was searched by computer from China National Knowledge Infrastructure database,Wanfang database,VIP database and PubMed.The last retrieval time was October 2018.After screening articles according to inclusion and exclusion criteria,extracting data and evaluating the methodological quality of inclusion studies,metaanalysis was conducted using RevMan 5.3 software.Results There were 11 articles in total,492 cases and 491 controls were included.Metaanalysis showed that the theoretical scores of students in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group[MD=7.23,95%CI(5.57,8.90),P=0.00001].The practical skills of students in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group[MD=3.17,95%CI(2.11,4.23),P=0.000].The interest of students in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group[OR=4.70,95%CI(2.70,8.18),P=0.000].The differences were statistically significant.Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching method,the flip classroom can significantly improve the theoretical achievements and practical skills of clinical medical students.Questionnaire survey shows that it can improve students’interest in learning.
