翻转课堂结合CBL在麻醉住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨翻转课堂结合CBL在麻醉专业住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用。方法选取2017年1月—2019年6月西安交通大学第一附属医院麻醉专业住院医师规范化培训学员48名,采用随机数字表法对住院医师分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用传统教学模式,研究组采用翻转教学结合CBL教学模式。比较两组住院医师理论笔试、临床思维能力和临床技能操作成绩、教学方法满意度及学习兴趣评分。结果与传统教学模式相比较,翻转课堂结合CBL教学模式的住院医师基本理论成绩、临床思维能力成绩、临床技能操作成绩都明显提高(P<0.05);教学模式调查问卷表结果也显著优于传统教学方法(P<0.05)。结论与传统教学模式相比较,翻转课堂结合CBL教学模式能显著提高麻醉住院医师规范化培训教学质量,提高学习兴趣。 Objective To explore the application of flipped classroom combined with CBL in standardized training and teaching of anesthesiology residents.Methods From January 2017 to June 2019,48 trainees for standardized training of anesthesiology residents in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University were selected.The residents were divided into the control group and the study group by the method of random number table.The control group adopts the traditional teaching mode,and the research group adopts the flipped teaching combined with CBL teaching mode.The scores of theoretical written test,clinical thinking ability,clinical skill operation,teaching method satisfaction and learning interest were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the traditional teaching mode,the scores of basic theory test,clinical thinking ability and clinical skill operation of the residents in flipped classroom combined with CBL teaching mode were significantly improved(P<0.05),the results of the questionnaire of teaching mode are also significantly better than the traditional teaching methods(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching mode,flipped classroom combined with CBL teaching mode can significantly improve the quality of standardized training and teaching of anesthesiology residents and improve their interest in learning.
