案例教学法联合OSCE在康复治疗学专业实习生带教中的效果 被引量:9

摘要 目的观察在康复治疗学专业实习生教学中应用案例教学法联合OSCE(客观结构化临床考试,又称临床技能多站式考试)方案的成果和推广价值。方法对医院2017年3月—2019年9月间康复治疗学专业实习生以便利抽样法抽取60例并将其作为分析对象,根据实习生到科室时间的先后为准以每组30例将其分为对照组、观察组,对应常规实习带教、OSCE结合案例讨论法。比较两种带教手段对康复治疗学专业实习生出科技能考核的教学效果。结果在康复治疗学专业理论考试、实践操作考试以及模拟操作等考核分数中,观察组明显更优(P<0.05);对两组实习生从各个维度评价能力状态,观察组分数均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);在专业技术操作内容比较中观察组实习生所得评价均有显著优越性(P<0.05)。结论对康复治疗学专业实习生采取案例教学法联合OSCE教学模式来引导,能够提升实习生对于相关知识的认知效率,保障整体教学质量,同时对于康复治疗服务的效果也有良好的积极影响。 Objective To observe the results and promotion value of the application of case teaching method combined with OSCE(objective structured clinical examination/clinical skills multi-site examination)in the teaching of rehabilitation internship students.Methods For the internships of rehabilitation therapy in our hospital from March 2017 to September 2019,60 cases were selected by convenient sampling method and analyzed as the object of analysis.According to the time of the intern to the department,the 30 cases in each group were divided into two groups.Groups,observation groups,corresponding to the regular internship teaching,OSCE combined case discussion method.Compare the teaching effects of two kinds of teaching methods on the rehabilitation of science and technology internships for rehabilitation therapists.Results Among the assessment scores of the theoretical examination,practical operation test and simulation operation of rehabilitation therapy,the observation group had superiority(P<0.05);the two groups of interns evaluated the ability status from various dimensions,and the number of observed components was significant.It was superior to the control group(P<0.05);the evaluation of the interns in the observation group was significantly superior in the comparison of professional and technical operation contents(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of case teaching method combined with OSCE teaching mode for rehabilitation internship students can improve the cognitive efficiency of interns for relevant knowledge,guarantee the overall teaching quality,and have a positive impact on the effectiveness of rehabilitation services.
