摘要
目的探讨集束化管理在预防急诊抢救室实习护生针刺伤中的应用效果。方法采用方便抽样方法,选择于2017年1月—2018年12月在上海市闵行区中心医院急诊抢救室实习的100名护生为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例,对照组实施常规入科宣教,观察组在常规入科宣教的基础上实施集束化管理。比较两组护生在抢救室实习结束时针刺伤发生率和针刺伤知识、态度和行为得分。结果观察组护生针刺伤发生率(4%)明显低于对照组(20%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护生预防针刺伤的知识、态度和行为得分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集束化管理在降低急诊抢救室实习护生针刺伤率有较好的效果,并能提高护生预防针刺伤的知识、改善对预防针刺伤的态度,并提升护生预防针刺伤规范化行为。
Objective To explore the application effect of cluster management in reducing the rate of needle stick injury in internship nurses in emergency.Methods A convenient sampling method was used to select 100 nursing students who were internship in the emergency rescue room of Minhang District Central Hospital in Shanghai from January 2017-December 2018.The subjects were randomly divided into observation group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases).The control group was routinely enrolled in the mission,and the observation group implemented cluster management on the basis of regular enrollment.The knowledge,attitude and behavior scores of needle stab wounds and needle stick injuries at the end of the internship were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of acupuncture injury in the observation group(4%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(20%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The knowledge,attitude and behavior scores of the nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clustering management has a good effect in reducing the rate of needle stick injury in the emergency.It can improve the knowledge of preventing needle stick injury,improve the attitude of preventing needle stick injury,and improve the prevention of acupuncture.And enhance the nursing students to prevent acupuncture standardized injury behavior.
