医院医务人员廉洁风险因素及预防机制探索

Exploring the Risk Factors and Preventive Mechanism of Hospital Medical Staff

目的研究高校附属医院医务人员廉洁风险因素及预防措施。方法选择2018年1月—2018年12月高校附属医院中102名医务人员,以问卷调查和深度访谈,和部分医务人员面谈等方式,收集近几年发生在高校附属医院的相关案例,对发生在高校附属医院的发生腐败行为进行归因性分析,查找出发生廉洁风险点,并总结医院在防范机制上的做法与成效。结果所有研究对象经过问卷等调查后,结果发现其中认知能力强者有91名,约占89.22%;其中认知能力强者在年龄、性别、文化程度及民族上与认知能力差者对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在工作时间、职称上的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。选择Logistic回归方程推算所有存在差异的数据,发现工作时间、职称等是高校附属医院医务人员廉洁的风险因素。结论高校附属医院医务人员廉洁风险因素应受到关注,全面了解后有助于尽早制定预防措施,避免不良医德医风事件产生。

Objective To study the risk factors and preventive mechanism of medical staff’s honesty in the affiliated hospitals.Methods 102 medical staff(2018.01-2018.12)in the affiliated hospitals were selected.Through questionnaire,depth interview and personal interviews,related cases of corrupt behaviors were recorded.The factor analysis was taken to find out the risk factors of medical staff’s honesty and summarize the corresponding preventive measures.Results Survey results indicated that 91 cases had high cognitive ability(89.22%);the age,gender,education level and nationality between patients with high and poor cognitive ability were not significantly different(P>0.05);the working time and professional titles were found to be significantly different(P<0.05).Logistic regression equation results indicated that the risk factors of medical staff’s honesty were the working time and professional titles.Conclusion There are multiple risk factors of medical staff’s honesty.However,the early preventive measures can prevent the bad medical ethics and practices.
