松原地震后宁江区社区居民焦虑状况调查

Investigation on Anxiety of Community Residents in Ningjiang District After Songyuan Earthquake

目的调查社区居民在经历多次地震后,焦虑情绪的发生状况。方法对经历多次地震的吉林省松原市宁江区某社区居民进行随机抽样,应用症状自评量表评估居民的焦虑情绪及影响因素。结果共发放问卷200份,其中有效问卷172份,无效问卷28份。95人存在焦虑情绪,所占比例为55.23%。年龄、性别、学历是焦虑情绪严重程度的主要影响因素。年龄水平越高,居民焦虑情况越严重(P<0.05)。男性较女性来讲,焦虑程度会略弱(P<0.05)。学历水平越高,居民焦虑程度越弱(P<0.05)。结论地震是严重的自然灾害,地震发生后,人们会出现不同程度的紧张、焦虑情绪。应该重视震区居民的心理健康问题,重点关注女性,年龄较大者及学历较低的居民。

Objective To investigate the occurrence of anxiety among community residents after many earthquakes.Methods Random sampling was conducted among residents in Ningjiang District,Songyuan City,Jilin Province,who had experienced many earthquakes.Symptom Checklist 90 was used to assess anxiety and its influencing factors.Results A total of 200 questionnaires were distributed,of which 172 were valid and 28 were invalid.95 people had anxiety,accounting for 55.23%.Age,gender and educational background are the main influencing factors of anxiety severity.The higher the age level,the more serious the anxiety of residents(P<0.05).The anxiety level of males was slightly lower than that of females(P<0.05).The higher the educational level,the weaker the anxiety level of residents(P<0.05).Conclusion Earthquakes are serious natural disasters.After earthquakes,people will have different degrees of tension and anxiety.We should pay attention to the mental health of residents in earthquake areas,focusing on women,older people and residents with lower educational background.
