摘要
目的观察临床麻醉及疼痛治疗中应用不同浓度的罗哌卡因的效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年2月78例到医院接受手术治疗、并采用硬膜外麻醉联合静脉麻醉的患者作为观察对象,并将这些患者按照随机数字表分配法分为对照组与观察组。比较观察组(0.20%罗哌卡因)和对照组(0.25%罗哌卡因)患者术后不同时间段VAS评分的差异,术后自主呼吸恢复时间、苏醒时间长短方面的差异;观察、记录麻醉不良反应的发生情况。结果对照组患者手术后所需自主呼吸恢复时间和苏醒时间显著长于观察组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在手术后1 h、4 h、8 h和12 h的VAS评分均无统计学意义(P>0.05);比较两组患者的麻醉相关不良反应发生率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼应用于外科手术时,麻醉和镇痛效果均较好并且具有较高的安全性,其中以0.20%罗哌卡因的应用效果更好。
Objective To observe the effect of different concentration of ropivacaine in clinical anesthesia and pain treatment.Methods From January 2018 to February 2019,78 patients who underwent surgery and combined epidural anesthesia and intravenous anesthesia in our hospital were selected as the observation objects,and these patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table distribution method.To compare the VAS scores of the patients in the observation group(0.20%ropivacaine)and the control group(0.25%ropivacaine)at different time points after operation,and the differences in the recovery time of spontaneous breathing and the recovery time after operation;to observe and record the occurrence of adverse reactions to anesthesia.Results The recovery time of spontaneous breathing and recovery time of patients in the control group were significantly longer than those in the observation group(P<0.05);VAS scores of patients in the two groups at 1,4,8 and 12 hours after operation had no statistical significance(P>0.05);the incidence of anesthesiarelated adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.There was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion When ropivacaine combined with sufentanil is used in surgery,the anesthesia and analgesia effects are better and the safety is higher,among which 0.20%ropivacaine is better.
