微创旋切治疗良性乳腺肿物的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of the Vacuum-assisted Lumpectomy by Mammotome System

目的探讨微创旋切治疗良性乳腺肿物的临床疗效。方法从2018年2月—2019年12月时间段内科室收治的良性乳腺肿物患者中选取100例,随机平分为2组,包括观察组和对照组,每组组内均50例患者。对照组患者采取传统乳腺肿物切除术进行治疗,观察组患者采取微创旋切术进行治疗。结果观察组患者手术时间明显比对照组短,P<0.05;切口长度明显比对照组小,P<0.05;术中出血量明显比对照组少,P<0.05;瘢痕大小明显比对照组小,P<0.05。观察组患者的并发症发生率2.0%,显著低于对照组18.0%,P<0.05。观察组患者的乳房形状、乳头感觉、色素沉着等评分,均显著高于对照组,P<0.05。结论微创旋切治疗良性乳腺肿物具有创伤较小、手术时间较短、瘢痕较小的优势,能够显著降低患者手术并发症的发生率,并对患者的乳房美容效果具有显著的改善效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the minimally invasive spinectomy of Metometong in the treatment of benign breast masses.Methods 100 patients with benign breast tumor admitted to the department from February 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into 2 groups,including observation group and control group,with 50 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with traditional breast tumor resection,while patients in the observation group were treated with maxillotomy.Results The operation time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incision length was significantly smaller than the control group(P<0.05).Intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scar size was significantly smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was 2.0%,significantly lower than that in the control group(18.0%),P<0.05.The scores of breast shape,nipple sensation and pigmentation in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Metometong minimally invasive spinectomy for benign breast tumor has the advantages of less trauma,shorter operation time and less scar,can significantly reduce the incidence of surgical complications in patients,and has a significant improvement effect on the cosmetic effect of the breast.
