角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Limbal Stem Cell Transplantation on Pterygium

目的研究角膜缘干细胞移植治疗方法用在翼状胬肉患者的治疗效果与价值。方法对2017年2月—2018年8月本医院诊治的124例翼状胬肉患者(124只患眼)实施数据值调查计算,实行分组时选用随机数字表法,一组归入62例,试验组实行胬肉切除手术治疗加角膜缘干细胞移植治疗,对照组实行胬肉切除手术治疗,对患者手术治愈率、手术之后1年内复发率实施评定。结果试验组手术治愈率比对照组数据稍微提升,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组手术之后1年内复发率比对照组数据降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对翼状胬肉患者实施胬肉切除手术治疗的基础上增加角膜缘干细胞移植治疗展示较优治疗效果。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect and value of limbal stem cell transplantation in patients with pterygium.Methods From February 2017 to August 2008,the 124 patients with pterygium(124 eyes)were diagnosed and calculated by the hospital.The random number table method was used for grouping and 62 cases were classified.The group was treated with sputum excision and treated with limbal stem cell transplantation.The control group was treated with sputum resection.The statistical value of surgical cure and the recurrence statistics within 1 year after operation were evaluated.Results The statistical value of surgical cure in the experimental group was slightly higher than that in the control group.The difference in the numerical evaluation results was not confirmed(P>0.05).The statistical value of recurrence within 1 year after the operation in the experimental group was lower than that of the control data.The results of the numerical evaluation were different(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of pterygium patients with pterygium excision increased the treatment of corneal limbal stem cells.
