卡前列素氨丁三醇预防产后出血的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Prostaglandin Tromethamine on Preventing Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的评价卡前列素氨丁三醇联合改良B-Lynch缝合术防治高危孕产妇剖宫产术产后出血的效果及其安全性。方法随机划分2016年12月—2018年12月医院接收的80例存在产科手术指征与产后出血高危因素产妇,对照组(n=40)实施常规处理联合卡前列素氨丁三醇,研究组(n=40)则接受卡前列素氨丁三醇联合改良B-Lynch缝合术,统计各组术中出血量、产后2 h出血量、产后24 h出血量、并发症发生率及行子宫切除术率。结果在术中出血量、产后2 h出血量及产后24 h出血量方面,研究组均低于对照组(P<0.05);在并发症发生率,研究组是5.00%,对照组是22.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在行子宫切除术率方面,两组无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高危孕产妇剖宫产术产后出血防治期间,采取卡前列素氨丁三醇联合改良B-Lynch缝合术,不仅可以减少术中、产后出血量,同时有助于避免并发症的发生,降低行子宫切除术率。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of carprost and tromedine combined with modified b-lynch suture for the prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section of high-risk pregnant women.Methods From December 2016 to December 2018,80 pregnant women with obstetric operation indications and high risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups,The control group(n=40)received routine treatment combined with carboprost tromethamine,while the study group(n=40)received carboprost tromethamine combined with modified B-Lynch suture.The intraoperative blood loss,2 h postpartum hemorrhage,24 h postpartum hemorrhage,complication rate and hysterectomy rate were recorded.Results Intraoperative,2 h postpartum and 24 h postpartum blood loss were lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).In the incidence of complications,the study group was 5.00%,the control group was 22.50%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in the hysterectomy rate,the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion During the prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section of high-risk pregnant women,the combination of carprost and tromedine combined with modified b-lynch suture can not only reduce the amount of intraoperative and postpartum hemorrhage,but also help to avoid the occurrence of complications and reduce the rate of hysterectomy.
