扶正培本法配合热疗治疗癌性疼痛的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Cancer Pain by Fuzhengpeiben Combined With Hyperthermia

目的观察扶正培本法配合热疗治疗对肿瘤患者癌性疼痛的改善效果,并对患者生活质量的影响进行观察。方法选择医院符合条件的患者138例,根据患者就诊顺序的单双号分为研究组和对比组,各69例,研究组在对比组基础上加用扶正培本法配合热疗治疗,对比组则利用传统止痛西药治疗,观察两组患者免疫功能、疼痛评分等指标差异。结果研究组治疗不良反应8.69%,对比组治疗不良反应18.84%,两组免疫指标CD4^+/CD8^+、生活质量指标、VAS评分、白细胞(WBC)、血小板(PLT)、血红蛋白(HGB)差异均有统计学意义。结论肿瘤是影响患者生命安全,且无法保障患者生活质量的严重疾病类型,肿瘤患者出现癌性疼痛的几率较高,疼痛位置广泛,持续时间长,对患者生活影响大,临床多采取西医治疗方法对患者开展止痛治疗,但治疗效果较差,本文对所选肿瘤患者开展扶正培本法配合热疗治疗,患者的疼痛感得到有效消除,且同时能够改善患者的生存质量,值得临床应用。

Objective To observe the effect of Fuzhengpeiben combined with hyperthermia on cancer pain and the quality of life of patients.Methods 138 eligible patients in our hospital were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the single and double number of patients'visiting order,69 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Fuzhengpeiben method combined with hyperthermia on the basis of the control group,while the control group was treated with traditional Western painkillers,and the patients in the two groups were observed.Results The adverse reactions in the experimental group and the control group were 8.69%and 18.84%,respectively.There were statistically significant differences in CD4^+/CD8^+,quality of life,VAS score,WBC,PLT and HGB between the two groups.Conclusion Tumor is a serious disease that affects the life safety of patients and can not guarantee the quality of life of patients.Cancer pain is more likely to occur in patients with tumor,with a wide range of pain locations,long duration,and great impact on patients'lives.Western medicine is often used to treat patients with pain,but the treatment effect is poor.This paper carries out the Fuzhengpeiben for selected tumor patients Method combined with hyperthermia,the pain of patients can be effectively eliminated,and the quality of life of patients can be improved at the same time,which is worthy of clinical application.
