妊娠糖尿病的围产期综合护理与心理护理

Analysis of Perinatal Comprehensive Nursing Combined With Psychological Nursing Intervention in Gestational Diabetes

目的研究围产期综合护理合并心理护理干预措施在妊娠糖尿病中的应用。方法选择2016年12月—2019年2月收治的妊娠糖尿病患者80例,随机分成对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采取常规护理措施,观察组采取综合护理合并心理护理干预措施。比较两组护理前后的血糖水平和焦虑情况,同时比较两组的护理满意度。结果护理前,两组的血糖水平和焦虑情况差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组空腹血糖(5.9±0.7)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(8.7±1.4)mmol/L、焦虑评分(34.5±2.3)分,均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意率95.00%高于对照组70.00%(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠糖尿病中,应用围产期综合护理合并心理护理干预措施,能够帮助患者更好的控制血糖水平,降低焦虑情绪,提高护理满意度,对于母婴健康更为有利。

Objective To study the application of perinatal comprehensive nursing combined with psychological nursing interventions in gestational diabetes.Methods Eighty patients with gestational diabetes admitted from December 2016 to February 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group took routine nursing measures,and the observation group took comprehensive nursing and psychological nursing intervention measures.The blood glucose levels and anxiety of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood glucose level and anxiety between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the observation group had fasting blood glucose(5.9±0.7)mmol/L and postprandial 2 h blood glucose(8.7±1.4)mmol/L,anxiety score(34.5±2.3)points,were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.00%higher than that of the control group(70.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion In gestational diabetes,the application of perinatal comprehensive nursing combined with psychological nursing interventions can help patients better control blood sugar levels,reduce anxiety and improve nursing satisfaction,which is more beneficial for maternal and child health.
