口腔种植手术室医院感染控制的护理研究

Nursing Research on Hospital Infection Control in Oral Implant Operation Room

目的探讨口腔种植手术室医院感染控制的护理干预措施。方法对医院2016年6月—2018年12月共76例口腔种植手术患者进行研究,随机分为观察组和对照组各38例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组给予感染控制护理干预,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组共发生2例感染,感染发生率5.26%;对照组共发生9例感染,感染发生率23.68%。两组对比有明显差异(χ^2=5.208,P=0.022)。观察组空气消毒合格率、手术室器械设备消毒灭菌合格率、手消毒合格率以及护理满意度均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论感染控制护理干预在口腔种植手术室医院感染控制中具有重要的作用,能有效提高护理人员的感控意识,保证手术室内消毒灭菌的有效性与彻底性,降低医院感染发生率,患者接受能力较强。

Objective To explore the nursing intervention measures for hospital infection control in oral implant surgery room.Methods A total of 76 patients with oral implant surgery from June 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Results Two infections occurred in the observation group,the incidence of infection was 5.26%.In the control group,9 cases were infected,and the infection rate was 23.68%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(χ^2=5.208,P=0.022).The pass rate of hand disinfection and the satisfaction of the nursing were higher than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Infection control nursing intervention plays an important role in hospital infection control in oral implant surgery room.
