胸痛模式下急诊PCI术的MDT护理方式的应用效果

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of MDT Nursing in Patients With Emergency PCI in the Central Operation Mode of Chest Pain

目的分析胸痛中心运行模式下急诊PCI术患者MDT护理查房在临床中的效果,同时分析MDT护理的优势所在。方法选择2017年8月—2018年9月医院接受的88例实施急诊PCI术患者作为案例,结合不同护理方式实施分组,分别是甲组和乙组,分别进行的是常规护理查房方式以及MDT护理查房方式,护理后对各项指标进行分析。结果在本次研究中对比分析两组案例的各项评分,对数据分析后得知,乙组的评分明显高于甲组。对比分析两组案例的组生活质量评分以及左心室射血分数,乙组护理后的各项评分高于甲组。乙组复发例数2例,发生几率是4.5%,甲组的复发例数是8例,发生几率是18.2%,P<0.05。结论针对急诊PCI术患者进行MDT护理查房,本身有重要的作用,能提升整体抢救成功几率。

Objective The clinical effect of MDT nursing teaching for patients undergoing emergency PCI in the operation mode of chest pain center was analyzed,and the advantages of MDT nursing were analyzed.Methods A total of 88 patients undergoing emergency PCI admitted to the hospital from August 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the cases.The patients were divided into groups according to different nursing methods,namely Group A and Group B,who underwent routine nursing rounds and MDT nursing rounds respectively.The results were analyzed after nursing.Results In this study,the scores of the two groups were compared and analyzed.After data analysis,the score of group B was significantly higher than that of group A.The quality of life score and left ventricular ejection fraction of the two groups were compared and analyzed.The scores of group B after nursing were higher than those of group A.The number of recurrence cases in group B was 2 cases,the incidence rate was 4.5%,and the number of recurrence cases in group A was 8 cases,the incidence rate was 18.2%,P<0.05.Conclusion For emergency PCI patients with MDT nursing rounds guidance,itself has an important role,can improve the overall success rate of rescue.
