平潭及闽江口水资源配置工程长距离顶管施工难点及解决措施 被引量:2

摘要 本文以福建省平潭及闽江口水资源配置工程为例,分析了长距离顶管施工的难点,并提出了具体解决措施,主要包括:采用科学的顶管测量方法,为后续施工提供准确的数据支撑;采用SLS-RV顶管激光导向系统对顶管机姿态进行动态控制,实时纠偏,确保顶管施工过程中的质量控制;合理设置中继间,解决顶进力过大的问题,延长顶管距离;适当增大注浆压力减慢推进速度,减少地表沉降和管道竖向位移。以上措施提高了长距离顶管施工效率,保证了施工质量,可供同类顶管施工参考。 Taking Pingtan and Minjiang River Estuary Water Resources Allocation Project in Fujian Province as an example,this paper analyzed the difficulties of long distance pipe jacking construction and introduces the concrete control measures of pipe jacking construction,mainly including:adopting scientific pipe jacking measurement method to provide accurate data support for subsequent construction;adopting SLS-RV pipe jacking laser guidance system to dynamically control the attitude of pipe jacking machine,real-time rectify deviation,and ensure quality control during pipe jacking construction;reasonable setting of relay room to solve the problem of excessive jacking force and extend the pipe jacking distance;appropriately increasing grouting pressure and slow down the speed of advance,so as to reduce surface settlement and vertical displacement of the pipeline.The implementation of the above measures can improve the efficiency of long-distance pipe jacking construction and ensure the construction quality,which can provide reference for the same type of pipe jacking engineering.
