水泥熟料生产过程中SO2形成机制及其减排技术应用研究

摘要 概要介绍了水泥生产过程中SO2产生、自固、循环富集及逃逸的机制。对行业应用较多的氨法脱硫、熟石灰干法脱硫、FDG湿法脱硫作了介绍,并比较了其工程实际应用效果。从减少投资、简化管理及绿色运行角度考虑,干法脱硫具有一定的优势,如能利用分解炉本身煅烧生成的高活性氧化钙制备脱硫剂则有助于进一步降低脱硫成本。 The mechanism of SO2 production,self-solidification,cycle enrichment and escape in cement production is briefly introduced. Ammonia desulfurization,hydrated lime desulfurization and FDG wet desulfurization,which are widely used in the cement industry,are mentioned,and their practical application results are also compared. In terms of reducing investment,simplifying management and green operation,dry desulfurization has certain advantages. If the desulfurizer can be prepared by using the high active calcium oxide calcined in the calciner,the cost of desulfurization will be further reduced.
