提高白水泥熟料冷却漂白效率的技术改造

摘要 我公司一条白水泥生产线,现有漂白喷水装置的喷水量是根据定时检测的输送机熟料温度使用手动控制的,由于侍候时间长、对喷水量的控制不够精准,冷却水无法充分全面地喷淋至水泥熟料表面,导致高温的熟料冷却不均匀,漂白不充分,生产的白水泥熟料质量得不到保障。通过对出窑导料结构及漂白机内喷水漂白系统的技术改造,实验最佳喷水量,达到提高白水泥熟料强度和白度的目的。 In our white cement production line, the water quantity of the existing bleaching water spray device is manually controlled according to the clinker temperature of the conveyor which is regularly detected. Due to the long waiting time and the imprecise control of the water spray quantity, the cooling water cannot be fully and comprehensively sprayed on the surface of the cement clinker, resulting in uneven cooling of the high-temperature clinker, insufficient bleaching and the unguaranted quality of the white cement clinker.Through the technical transformation of the guide material structure of the kiln and the water spraying and bleaching system, the best water spraying amount is tested, so as to improve the strength and whiteness of the white cement clinker.
