摘要
地聚合物胶凝材料作为一种性能优异的绿色建筑材料,可通过硅铝质氧化物材料与碱激发剂在低温环境下反应进行制备,并被广泛应用于混凝土裂缝修复、装配式墙材、重金属固定等多个领域。地聚合物的合成机理较为复杂,当前从矿物的角度分析地聚合物合成只笼统地揭示了硅铝基的结合情况,不能有效区分不同结构的硅铝质氧化物内在反应机理,具有一定的局限性。以组分为切入点,通过分析粉煤灰、偏高岭土、矿渣、煤矸石等四种最为常见的硅铝质氧化物的反应机理及其在性能增强方面的相关研究,重点论述了硅铝质氧化物结构的差异、缩聚反应的机理、性能优化的最佳参数和外掺料及制备工艺,以期对地聚合物及其硅铝质氧化物的深入探究和应用提供参考。
As a kind of green building material with excellent performance,geopolymer binder material can be prepared by the reaction of silico-alumina oxide material and alkali activator at low temperature,and is widely used in concrete crack repair,fabricated wall materials,heavy metal fixation and other fields.While the synthetic mechanism of geopolymer is complicated,the current mineral-based analysis,only generally revealing the silicon-alumina combination,is rather limited.Thereby,unable to distinguish the internal reaction mechanism of silicon-alumina oxide with diverse structures.On the basis of component,this paper analyzed the reaction mechanism of four common silicon-alumina oxides,namely fly ash,metakaolin,slag and coal gangue,and researched the capacity in performance enhancement.This paper focused on the differences in the structure of silicon-alumina oxides,the mechanism of polycondensation,the best parameters of performance optimization,admixtures and preparation processes,in order to provide reference for the further exploration and application of geopolymers and silico-alumina oxides.
