摘要
利用玄武岩粉、矿粉及脱硫石膏大掺量取代硅酸盐水泥制备海工胶凝材料,研究了玄武岩粉对海工胶凝材料抗压强度及抗氯离子渗透性能的影响,并通过红外光谱、X射线衍射、压汞等手段研究了其水化机理。结果表明,当玄武岩粉掺量小于24%时,56 d龄期的海工胶凝材料具有良好的性能,与普通硅酸盐水泥相比,尽管抗压强度有所降低,但抗氯离子渗透性能提高了76%。适量玄武岩粉能优化水泥-矿粉胶凝体系的级配,在掺量从6%增加到30%时,28 d龄期的浆体孔隙率提高了2.3%,但浆体的孔径分布得到了优化。
Marine cementitious materials(MCMs)were prepared by replacing Portland cement with high proportion of basalt powder,mineral slag and desulfurized gypsum in this work.The effect of basalt powder on compressive strength and resistance to chloride ion permeability of MCMs was studied.Moreover,the hydration mechanism of MCMs was studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction and mercury intrusion porosimetry.Results show that when the content of basalt powder is less than 24%,the MCMs of 56 d curing age have good performance.Compared with ordinary Portland cement,although the compressive strength decreases,the chloride ion penetration resistance increases by 76%.When the content of basalt powder increases from 6%to 30%,the porosity of slurry increases by 2.3%after 28 d of curing,but the pore size distribution is optimized.
