90后护士在参与支援抗击新冠肺炎疫情中感知体验的质性研究

Qualitative Research on the Perceptual Experience of the Post-90s Nurses Participated in the Fight Against COVID-19 Epidemic

目的:了解90后护士在参与支援抗击新冠肺炎疫情中的感知体验,为护理管理者提出针对性的支持策略提供依据。方法:对10名参与支援抗击新冠肺炎疫情的90后护士进行深度访谈,采用现象学研究方法,运用Co-laizzi七步分析法进行资料分析。结果:共提炼出4个主题,包括参与意愿得到理解和支持、强烈的求知欲和责任感、共存的优势和劣势、面对各种荣誉的多样心理。结论:90后护士在支援抗击疫情的事件中,表现出较强的参与动力和求知欲,因缺乏相关经验,面对各种荣誉时呈现多样的心理。建议管理者对90后护士加强实践培训,引导他们正确评价自己,心怀感恩,避免过度自信,同时帮助其缓解负面情绪。

[Objective] To understand the post-90 s nurses’ perception and experience in the process of participating the fight against COVID 19, so as to provide a basis for managers to propose targeted support strategies. [Method] An in-depth interview was conducted with 10 post-90 s nurses. [Result]The perceptual experience could boil down to four themes, including the understanding and support of the willingness to participate, the strong thirst for knowledge and the sense of responsibility, the advantages and disadvantages of coexistence, and the diverse psychology facing various honors. [Conclusion] The post-90 s nurses show the positive motivation and strong thirst for knowledge, but they are lack of practical experience, they show diverse psychological feelings facing the leaders’ approve and the media’s praise. Managers should support nurses to strengthen practice training, and guide them to evaluate themselves correctly, induce them be grateful to avoid overconfidence, help ease the negative psychology.
