摘要
目的:观察纳米碳悬液对甲状腺癌根治术中淋巴结清扫及甲状旁腺保护的影响。方法:将玉环市人民医院2016年10月至2017年9月间甲状腺癌根治术中使用纳米碳悬液示踪的52例患者作为研究组,同期接受甲状腺癌根治术治疗,未使用纳米碳悬液示踪的52例患者作为对照组。观察2组手术指标、患侧中央区淋巴结清扫情况.甲状旁腺误切率、并发症发生率及淋巴结转移情况。结果:观察组淋巴结清扫数多于对照组,甲状旁腺误切率低于对照组;术后血钙、甲状旁腺激素(PTH)水平分别均较对照组低,术后低钙血症、暂时性甲状旁腺功能低下发生率均低于对,照组(P<0.05)。结论:将纳米碳悬液用于甲状腺癌根治术中安全性较高,利于提升淋巴结清扫彻底性,并有助于识别、保护甲状旁腺。
[Objective]To observe the effect of nano-carbon suspension on lymph node dissection and parathyroid glands protection during thyroidectomy for thyroid cancer. [Method] 52 patients with nano-carbon suspension tracer during thyroidectomy in Yuhuan people’s hospital from October 2016 to September 2017 were taken as research group. 52 patients with thyroidectomy but without nano-carbon suspension tracer were taken as control group during the same time. The surgical indexes, central lymph node dissection in diseased region, error rate of parathyroid glands resection, incidence of complications, and lymph node metastasis in the two groups were observed. [Result] The number of lymph node dissection in observation group was more than that in control group, and the error rate of parathyroid glands resection in observation group was lower than that in control group;The levels of blood calcium and PTH in observation group were lower than those in control group after surgery;The incidence of postoperative hypocalcaemia and transient parathyroid glands hypofunction in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05). [Conclusion] Nano-carbon suspension in thyroidectomy for thyroid cancer has higher safety, it can thoroughly increase the lymph node dissection, and identify and protect parathyroid glands.
