摘要
汛期在保障防洪安全的前提下合理利用洪水资源,是提高乌江中下游干流构皮滩、思林、沙沱和彭水水电站综合效益的有效手段。在分析乌江干流中下游洪水资源特点和洪水资源利用原则的基础上,提出了基于"控制对象允许蓄量"的梯级水库洪水资源利用方式,以协调多水库和多防洪保护对象的相互影响,并以1963年实际洪水过程为例进行模拟调度,从防洪、兴利的角度综合分析了洪水资源利用效益。结果表明,所提出的洪水资源利用方式能有效提高乌江干流梯级水库洪水资源利用率,有利于提高梯级水库的综合效益。
The rational use of flood resources under the premise of ensuring flood control safety is an effective means to improve the comprehensive benefits of the hydropower stations in the mainstream of the Wujiang River,Goupitan,Silin,Shatuo and Pengshui.Based on the analysis of flood resource characteristics and flood resource utilization principles in the middle and lower reaches of the mainstream of Wujiang River,this paper proposed a flood resource utilization mode for cascade reservoirs that can effectively coordinate the interaction between multiple reservoirs and multiple flood control objects.The actual flood process in 1963 was taken as an example to analyze the flood resource utilization benefits from the perspective of flood control and electric power generation.The results show that the proposed flood resource utilization can effectively improve the utilization of flood resources in the cascade reservoirs of the Wujiang River,and is conducive to improving the comprehensive benefits of the cascade reservoirs.
