摘要
为了了解再生骨料透水混凝土在碰撞下的破坏机理及其损伤演化规律,基于SCDM三维建模技术和Ls-Dyna的有限元分析方法,通过研究不同孔隙率(15%、20%、25%)和不同碰撞速度(2、5、10m/s)下的混凝土动态破损过程,量化在不同影响因素下破坏过程中的Von Mises应力变化,同时利用响应面法分析单一因子及多因素联合效应对响应值的影响规律。结果表明,再生骨料混凝土在受到低速碰撞时,其破坏以外表面为主,而在高速碰撞下的破裂模式是由中心向四周炸裂扩散,且应变率随着冲击速度的增大而增大,孔隙率对其影响较小。
In order to clarify the failure mechanism of recycled aggregate permeable concrete under collision and to understand its damage evolution law,based on SCDM three-dimensional modeling technique and Ls-Dyna finite element analysis,the dynamic breakage process of concrete was studied at the conditions of different porosity(15%,20%,25%)and different collision velocities(2 m/s,5 m/s,10 m/s).And then the change of the stress and strain rate of Von Mises in the process of failure under different factors is quantified.The impact of single factor and joint effect on the response value is studied by using the response surface method.The results show that when the recycled aggregate concrete is collided,the surface is mainly outside the low speed damage,but the center is diffused from the central burst to the surrounding high speed,and the strain rate increases with the increase of the impact velocity,and the porosity has less impact.
