摘要
与现有数字式传输的有源电子式电流互感器相比,利用直接光强调制方式进行电流互感器设计具有结构简单、宽频带、功耗低的优势。通过分析模拟光电传输系统中的电-光、光纤、光-电三个环节的传输特性,提出将LED的直流偏置信号作为光路传输衰减参考的信号校正方法,并通过分析及试验发现增大该直流参考信号可有效提高测量精度;通过测试模拟光电传输系统的波形畸变、传输准确度、频率特性及不同温度下的传输准确度,表明系统可满足0.5级精度的测量及暂态信号传变的要求。最后,通过悬挂式光电电流互感器样机的架空线挂网运行,验证了模拟光电式电流互感器的实际工程价值。
Compared with the existing active electronic current transformer with digital transmission,the design of current transformer with direct optical stress system has the advantages of simple structure,wide frequency band and low power consumption.Through analysis of electricity-light,optical fiber and optical-electrical transmission characteristics of analog photoelectric transmission system,the LED D.C.bias signals was put forward as a reference light path transmission signal correction methods.The experiment show that increase of D.C.reference signal can effectively improve the measurement accuracy.By testing the waveform distortion,transmission accuracy,frequency characteristics and transmission accuracy at different temperatures of the analog photoelectric transmission system,it shows that the system can meet the requirements of 0.5 grade accuracy measurement and transient signal transmission.Finally,the actual engineering value of the simulated photoelectric current transformer is verified by hanging net operation of the hanging photoelectric current transformer prototype.
