摘要 采用不同组分配比的Softwarm纤维纱线在针织大圆机上编织吸湿发热功能针织内衣面料,并测试面料的顶破性能、悬垂性、热湿舒适性、保暖性,分析基于人体热湿舒适性需求的针织内衣面料的原料选择与组织结构拼接设计。结果表明,含涤纶的吸湿发热织物与普通涤棉织物相比强力低、透气透湿性差、顶破强力差,但悬垂性更优,保暖性较好;不含涤纶的吸湿发热织物的透气透湿性、悬垂性和保暖性均优于普通棉涤混纺面料、莫代尔针织内衣;Softwarm自发热纤维可用于开发轻薄保暖织物;同时提出基于热湿舒适性分区设计的针织内衣面料拼接设计思路。 The knitted underwear fabric with moisture-absorbing and heat-generating function was knitted on large circular knitting machine by using Softarm fiber yarns with different component ratios, and the bursting performance, drapability, thermal-moist comfort properties and warmth retention of the fabric were tested. The raw material selection and fabric structure splicing design of knitted underwear fabric based on the requirements of human body thermal-moist comfort were analyzed. The results show that the moisture-absorbing and heat-generating fabric containing polyester has lower strength, poorer air permeability and moisture permeability and lower bursting strength than ordinary polyester and cotton fabric, but it has better drapability and better warmth retention. The air permeability and moisture permeability, drapability and warmth retention of the moisture-absorbing and heat-generating fabric without polyester are better than those of cotton and polyester blended fabric and modal knitted underwear.Softwarm self-heating fibers can be used to develop thin and light thermal fabric. In addition, the splicing design idea of knitted underwear fabric based on thermal-moist comfort zoning design is proposed.
