摘要
为探索等离子体预处理对纯棉和涤棉针织物精练前处理的影响,采用正交试验的方法探究最佳的等离子体处理工艺条件,并探讨基于等离子体预处理的精练前处理最佳工艺条件,并对比常规精练前处理、等离子体处理、等离子体+精练前处理对织物的处理效果。结果表明,纯棉针织物和涤棉针织物等离子体处理的最佳条件分别为电压4 V、时间3 min,电压5 V、时间5 min。等离子体预处理后,纯棉针织物和涤棉针织物精练前处理的最佳条件:1.5 g/L NaOH、40 min、90℃,3.0 g/L NaOH、30 min、80℃。等离子体处理能显著提高棉针织物的亲水性能,使精练前处理中NaOH用量减少85.0%~92.5%、精练时间减少11.0%~33.0%、精练温度降低8.0%~18.4%。
In order to explore the influence of plasma treatment on the refining pretreatment of knitted cotton fabrics and knitted polyester-cotton fabrics,the method of orthogonal experimental was used to explore the optimal plasma treatment process conditions,and the optimum process conditions of refining pretreatment based on plasma pretreatment are compared,and the treatment effects of conventional refining pretreatment,plasma treatment,plasma and refining pretreatment on fabric are also compared.The results show that the optimal conditions for plasma treatment of knitted cotton fabrics and knitted polyester and cotton fabrics are as follows:for knitted cotton fabrics,the voltage is 4 V,the time is 3 minutes;and for knitted polyester and cotton fabrics the voltage is 5 V,the time is 5 minutes.After plasma pretreatment,the optimum conditions for refining pretreatment of knitted cotton fabrics and knitted polyester and cotton fabrics are as follows:1.5 g/L NaOH,40 minutes,90 ℃;and 3.0 g/L NaOH,30 min,80 ℃ respectively.Plasma treatment can significantly improve the hydrophilic properties of knitted cotton fabrics,and reduce the amount of NaOH in the refining pretreatment by 85.0% to 92.5%,save the refining time by 11.0% to 33.0%,and lower the refining temperature by 8.0% to 18.4%.
