和解少阳法治疗早期类风湿关节炎探讨

Study on the Treatment of Early Rheumatoid Arthritis with the Method of Reconciling Shaoyang

类风湿关节炎(Rheumatoid Arthritis,RA)属于中医学“痹证”范畴,中医治疗RA由来已久,疗效肯定。“肝主筋”是中医治疗早期RA“从肝论治”的理论基础。本文从该理论出发,探讨和解少阳法治疗早期RA的可行性及疗效。

Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)belongs to the category of“Bi sydrome”in traditional Chinese medicine,which has a long history in treating this disease effectively,and there are many various theories and methods concerning about the diagnosis and treatment of RA."Liver governing tendon"is the theoretical basis of treating early RA from liver in TCM.Based on this theory,we explored the feasibility and efficacy of applying the agent of reconciling Shaoyang in the treatment of early RA,which not only exploring the theoretical mechanism for the treatment of early RA,but also providing a new intervention program of TCM for the treatment of this disease.
