需求导向下地铁安检排爆人才培养研究

Research on Talent Training in Security Inspection and Explosion Check of Subway under Demand Guidance

伴随社会经济和公共交通网络的不断发展,地铁安检排爆工作逐渐成为保障社会公共安全的重要一环。本篇文章从培养主体、培养内容、培养保障三个方面出发,提出优化教官队伍、丰富培养内容和加强组织保障等三项举措,以求进一步提高地铁安检排爆人才培养质量,保证地铁安检排爆队伍真正成为保卫人民群众地铁出行安全的中坚力量。

With the continuous development of the social economy and public transportation network,the subway security inspection and explosion work has gradually become an important part of ensuring social public safety.This article starts from the three aspects of training subject,training content and training guarantee,and proposes three measures,namely,optimizing the instructor team,enriching the training content and strengthening organizational guarantee,in order to further improve the quality of talent training in security inspection and explosion of subway,promising that the team has truly become the backbone of the security of the people’s subway travel.
