骨科术后失眠原因分析与中医临床护理干预

Analysis of Causes of Insomnia after Orthopedic Surgery and Study of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Methods

目的:分析骨科术后并发失眠原因及通过中医护理方法干预的效果。方法:选取2018年5月至2019年6月在福建中医药大学附属人民医院骨科接受手术治疗且术后并发失眠的患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组予以常规西医护理,观察组予以中医护理,比较2组的护理效果。结果:经调查术后疼痛、担心预后、环境因素、体位不适均等会导致患者失眠;经护理后,观察组患者的睡眠质量评分显著低于对照组,且观察组患者的焦虑情绪情绪较对照组轻。结论:骨科手术患者术后并发失眠的原因主要是患者术后体位不适、术后疼痛、心理因素、环境因素等,通过实施中医护理能够有效改善患者的睡眠质量,可进一步推广。

Objective:Analyze the causes of insomnia after orthopedic surgery and the effect of intervention through traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:In May 2018 to June 2019 in our hospital orthopaedic surgery and postoperative concurrent 60 patients as the research object and insomnia were randomly divided into control group and observation group and control group(30 cases)with conventional western medicine care,observation group(30 cases)of traditional Chinese medicine nursing,to compare the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:After investigation and postoperative pain,worry about prognosis,environmental factors,equal position discomfort can cause insomnia patients;After nursing,the observation group of patients with sleep quality score was significantly lower than the control group,and the observation group of patients with anxiety emotion than those in control group.Conclusion:Orthopaedic surgery patients with postoperative concurrent position postoperatively in patients with insomnia reason mainly discomfort,postoperative pain,psychological factors,environmental factors and so on,by implementing the traditional Chinese medicine nursing can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients,can be further promoted.
