快速康复护理在对腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿切除术后患者睡眠质量的影响研究

Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing on Sleep Quality of Patients after Laparoscopic Ovarian Cyst Resection

目的:探讨快速康复护理在对腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿切除术后患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年1月至2018年8月厦门大学附属妇女儿童医院行卵巢囊肿切除术患者152例作为研究对象,按照双盲法分组,平均分成对照组与观察组,每组76例。对照组患者采用常规护理措施;观察组采用快速康复护理措施。比较2组患者术后胃肠功能恢复、住院时间、肩甲痛发生情况及睡眠质量。结果:肛门排气时间、肛门排便时间、患者睡眠质量均有得到提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用快速康复护理能促进患者胃肠功能的恢复时间,提升患者睡眠质量,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on sleep quality of patients after laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection.Methods:From January 2018 to August 2018,152 patients with ovarian cyst resection in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to double-blind method,76 patients in each group.Routine nursing measures were adopted in the control group and rapid rehabilitation nursing measures were adopted in the experimental group.The recovery of gastrointestinal function,hospital stay,shoulder pain and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results:The exhaust time,defecation time and sleep quality of patients were all improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rapid rehabilitation nursing can promote the recovery time of gastrointestinal function and improve the sleep quality of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
