心理护理联合认知行为疗法对膀胱癌根治术后患者焦虑及睡眠质量的影响

Effects of Psychological Nursing Combined with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy on Anxiety and Sleep Quality in Patients with Radical Resection of Bladder Cancer

目的:探究心理护理联合认知行为疗法对膀胱癌根治术后患者焦虑及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年2月至2019年3月广东省茂名市人民医院收治的膀胱癌根治术后患者30例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组15例。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者给予心理护理联合认知行为疗法,比较2组患者干预前后焦虑情况与睡眠质量。结果:干预前,2组患者焦虑情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组患者SAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前,观察组患者与对照组患者睡眠质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,对照组患者评分明显高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对膀胱癌根治术后患者实施心理护理联合认知行为疗法可有效缓解其焦虑情绪,同时改善患者睡眠质量,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of psychological nursing combined with cognitive behavioral therapy on anxiety and sleep quality in patients with radical resection of bladder cancer.Methods:A total of 30 patients admitted to Maoming people′s hospital of Guangdong province from February 2018 to March 2019 after radical resection of bladder cancer were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 15 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and patients in the observation group were given psychological nursing combined with cognitive behavioral therapy.The anxiety and sleep quality of patients in the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in anxiety between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,SAS scores of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the sleep quality between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).After the intervention,the score of the patients in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing combined with cognitive behavioral therapy can effectively relieve anxiety and improve sleep quality of patients after radical resection of bladder cancer,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
