针对性护理对肛肠科术后疼痛及睡眠质量的影响

Influence of Targeted Nursing for Postoperative Pain and Sleep Quality of Patients in Departmen of Anus-intestines

目的:探究针对性护理对肛肠科术后肛门疼痛及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2019年6月厦门市中医院收治的肛肠手术患者84例作为研究对象,按入院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组进行常规护理干预,观察组进行针对性护理干预。比较2组护理前后的肛门疼痛情况[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]和睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]。结果:护理前2组的VAS及PSQI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组的VAS及PSQI评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对性护理可显著改善肛肠科术患者的肛门疼痛及睡眠质量,临床效果明确,值得应用和推荐。

Objective:To explore the influence of targeted nursing for anal pain and sleep quality of patients after anorectal surgery.Methods:A total of 84 patients with anorectal operation from January 2017 to June 2019 were divided into control group and observation group with 42 in each group according to order of admission.The routine group were with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group were with targeted nursing intervention.Then the anal pain[visual analogue scale(VAS)]and sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI scale)]of two groups before and after nursing were compared.Results:The VAS and PSQI score of two groups before nursing were compared,there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05),the VAS and PSQI score of observation group after nursing were significantly lower than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The targeted nursing can significantly improve the anal pain and sleep quality of patients after anorectal surgery,and have a clear clinical effect,so it is worthy of application and recommendation.
