神经内科住院患者睡眠障碍的原因分析及护理干预

The Cause analysis and Nursing Intervention of Sleep Disorder of Inpatients in Department of Neurology

目的:分析神经内科患者住院过程中形成失眠的原因,并且根据失眠因素提出护理措施。方法:选取2017年7月至2019年7月德州市陵城区人民医院神经内科收治的住院失眠患者121例作为研究对象,并且采用回顾资料分析法,获得患者失眠影响因素。结果:神经内科患者住院失眠影响因素统计中,年龄大于60岁失眠占比30.57%、担心疾病治疗效果占比21.48%、情绪障碍占比19.83%、咳嗽占比12.39%、环境影响占比10.73%,心力衰竭病史占比4.95%。结论:神经内科住院患者引起失眠因素多样化,需要根据不同原因采取护理措施,以此来提高患者睡眠质量。

Objective:To analyze the causes of insomnia during hospitalization in department of neurology,and to propose nursing measures according to the factors of insomnia.Methods:A total of 121 cases of hospitalized insomniacs admitted to the department of neurology of the people′s hospital of lingcheng district of dezhou city from July 2017 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects.Results:In the statistics of influencing factors of insomnia in the department of neurology,the proportion of insomnia over 60 years old accounted for 30.57%,the proportion of anxiety disease treatment effect accounted for 21.48%,the proportion of mood disorders accounted for 19.83%,the proportion of cough accounted for 12.39%,the proportion of environmental impact accounted for 10.73%,the proportion of heart failure history accounted for 4.95%.Conclusion:The factors of insomnia caused by inpatients in department of neurology are diversified,and nursing measures should be taken according to different reasons to improve the sleep quality of patients.
