新型抗癫痫药物联合CPAP治疗癫痫合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的疗效研究

Efficacy of New Antiepileptic Drugs Combined with CPAP in the Treatment of Epilepsy Complicated with Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome

目的:探究新型抗癫痫药物联合CPAP治疗癫痫合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的临床效果。方法:选取2017年3月至2019年4月山东德州市陵城区人民医院内十病区收治的癫痫合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者50例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。给予对照组患者传统的抗癫痫药物进行治疗,给予观察组患者新型抗癫痫药物联合CPAP治疗,比较2组患者治疗后的癫痫发作次数、呼吸暂停低通气指数、呼吸暂停低通气总时间以及治疗总有效率。结果:观察组患者治疗后癫痫发作次数、呼吸暂停低通气指数、呼吸暂停低通气均明显优异于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率显著优异于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新型抗癫痫药物联合CPAP治疗癫痫合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征,效果显著,能够降低患者癫痫发作次数,提高患者睡眠质量,可以考虑积极推广。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of new antiepileptic drugs combined with CPAP in the treatment of epilepsy complicated with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.Methods:A total of 50 patients with epilepsy complicated with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to April 2019 were randomly divided into the control group(25 patients).And the observation group(25 cases),the conventional group of patients were treated with traditional anti-epileptic drugs,the patients in the observation group were given new anti-epileptic drugs combined with CPAP,and the number of seizures after treatment,apnea hypopnea index,The total time of apnea hypopnea and the total effective rate of treatment.Results:The number of seizures,apnea hypopnea index and apnea hypopnea in the observation group were significantly better than those in the conventional group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than the conventional one.Group of patients(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The new antiepileptic drugs combined with CPAP in the treatment of epilepsy with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome,the treatment effect is significant,can reduce the number of seizures and improve the quality of sleep,can be considered for active promotion.
