睡眠呼吸障碍(SDB)与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)的术语使用方面虽然有着各自的定义,但是由于疾病的症状相似,国内外的文献中也多有混淆。本文对妊娠期阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停的流行病学研究、临床研究的进展情况进行了综述,以期为临床诊治提供帮助。

Although the terms of sleep apnea(SDB)and obstructive sleep apnea(OSA)have their own definitions,because the symptoms of the disease are similar,there are also many confusion in the literature at home and abroad.This paper expounds the characteristics and effects of obstructive sleep apnea during pregnancy,so as to provide effective help for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
