摘要
在使用柯布-道格拉斯生产函数计算劳动价格扭曲和创新效率的基础上,借助中国大陆除西藏外30个省(市、自治区)2003—2017年的数据实证考察劳动价格扭曲对创新效率的影响和作用机制。研究发现:劳动价格扭曲显著抑制了创新效率的提升;劳动价格扭曲对创新效率的作用机制为不完全中介效应,一方面直接抑制了创新效率的提升,另一方面通过人力资本效应和消费需求效应间接抑制创新效率的提升。让扭曲的劳动价格重回公平,对吸引高素质人才、增加新产品的消费需求以及提升创新效率具有重要意义。
Based on the calculation of labor price distortion and innovation efficiency by using Cobb-Douglas production function,this paper empirically studies the impact of labor price distortion on innovation efficiency and its mechanism with the data of 30 provinces(cities and autonomous regions)in China mainland except Tibet from 2003 to 2017.It has found that labor price distortions significantly inhibit the improvement of innovation efficiency.The effect of labor price distortion on innovation efficiency is incomplete intermediary effect,which not only directly suppresses the improvement of innovation efficiency,but also indirectly suppresses it through the effect of human capital and consumption demand.It is of great significance for attracting high-quality talents,increasing consumption demand of new products and improving innovation efficiency to make distorted labor price return to equity.
