摘要
使用后评价随着理论和实践的成熟与丰富,评价对象从建筑物扩展到对其他建成环境,包括室外商业步行街。呈贡新天地是呈贡大学城内开发较早、服务范围较广的商业步行街,为学生和居民生活提供便利,但在使用中是否完全满足使用者需求呢?该文运用使用后评价理论与调研方法对其进行研究,包括观察法、问卷和访谈法。结果表明空间适宜性影响使用者密集度,服务设施布置与使用者聚集点不匹配。并从以上两方面提出优化措施,为今后大学城新天地步行街的改造和同类商业步行街的设计、管理提供参考意见。
With the maturity and enrichment of theory and practice,the evaluation objects are extended from buildings to other built environments,including outdoor commercial pedestrian streets.Chenggong Xintiandi is a commercial pedestrian street in Chenggong university town,which was developed earlier and has a wide range of services.It provides convenience for students and residents,but does it fully meet the users’needs?We use post-evaluation theory and research methods including observations,questionnaires and interviews to study this phenomenon.The results show that spatial suitability affects users’density,and service facility placement does not match users’aggregation points.Then we propose optimization measures from two aspects and hope it can provide reference for the future renovation of Xintiandi Pedestrian Street as well as the design and management of similar commercial pedestrian street.
