白炭黑表面改性的方法及研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 白炭黑由于其具有较高的化学反应活性,近年来被越来越多的作为补强填料用于橡胶中。但是由于其表面含有大量的硅羟基,在胶料中难以浸润和分散,限制了其应用。本文简述了当前白炭黑改性的方法及进展,用改性剂对白炭黑进行改性,并结合物理表征手段及表面羟基含量的测定对改性效果进行评价,改性剂能够很好的键合到白炭黑表面上;将改性后的白炭黑添加到胶料中后进行物理性能的测试,发现改性白炭黑能较好的提升胶料的物理性能,从而拓宽了白炭黑在橡胶中的应用领域。 Because of its high chemical reactivity,silica has been used as a reinforcing filler in rubber in recent years.However,due to the large amount of silicon hydroxyl groups on its surface,it is difficult to infiltrate and disperse in the compound,which limits its application.In this paper,the modification methods and progress of silica are briefly introduced.Silica is modified with modifier,and the modification effect is evaluated by physical characterization and surface hydroxyl content determination.The modifier can be well bonded to the surface of silica;The physical properties of the compound are tested after adding the modified silica.It is found that the modified silica can improve the physical properties of the rubber compound,which widen the application field of silica in rubber.
