摘要
通过对假锁芯组件的形体分析,找出了假锁芯组件底部存在着R1 mm的凸台障碍体要素、还有若干个与注射模开闭方向一致的型槽要素、金属镶嵌件的斜向型孔要素和2 mm×6.4 mm×1.4 mm×15.5°的凸台障碍体要素。对于底部R1 mm的凸台障碍体,选取了以R1轮廓线为分型面方法;与注射模开闭方向同向的型槽,采用了镶嵌件的措施;金属镶嵌件的斜向型孔,采用了斜导柱滑块抽芯机构;二侧的凸台障碍体,采用了滑块斜推杆内抽芯兼脱模机构。并应用了一模4腔结构,可达到特大批量的加工要求。正因为提出了假锁芯组件形体分析的4要素,又制定出了有效解决模具结构的方案。故达到了模具设计的结构,能顺利大批量地加工假锁芯组件目的。
Through the analysis of the shape of the indirect lock cylinder assembly,it is found that there are R1 mm convex obstacle elements at the bottom of the indirect lock cylinder assembly,several groove elements consistent with the opening and closing direction of the injection mold,the oblique hole element of the metal inlay and the convex obstacle element of 2×6.4 mm×1.4 mm×15.5°are found.For the R1 mm convex obstacle at the bottom,the method of taking R1 mm contour as parting surface is selected;For the groove in the same direction as the opening and closing direction of the injection mold,the measures of inlay are adopted;In the oblique hole of metal inlay,the core pulling mechanism with inclined guide pillar and slide block is adopted;The inner core pulling and demoulding mechanism of slide inclined push rod is adopted for the convex obstacles on both sides.A mold with 4 cavities is used to meet the requirement of large batch processing.It is because of the four elements of the shape analysis of the indirect lock cylinder assembly and the effective solution to the mold structure,the purpose of large-scale processing can be achieved.
